David joined GFPAC as Senior Counsel in February 2007. He has practiced law in Naples since 1981 and is continuing his practice at this firm. David has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell rating. Prior to moving to Naples, David served as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, as Chief of the Antitrust Section in the Office of the Ohio Attorney General, and as in-house or general counsel to substantial Florida corporations engaged in manufacturing and mining. David has experience in business, corporate, estate planning, probate and real estate. He serves as counsel to a number of business organizations, ranging from agricultural to real estate construction, development, investment and zoning. David served on active duty with the United States Naval Reserve in the mine force. | ||
