Helen is a shareholder of GFPAC and has practiced law since 1988, and has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell rating.
Helen devotes most of her practice to representation of real estate developers, financial institutions, commercial property owners and other businesses and individuals related to real estate matters. She has significant experience representing real estate developers from acquisition through development and sell-out, dealing in transactional, title and condominium matters. In addition, Helen has significant experience in representing financial institutions in making construction, development, business and other commercial and residential loans to borrowers. |
