Kevin W. Pendley
Professional Experience
Kevin Pendley is Special Counsel to the firm and has practiced law in Southwest Florida since 2007. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Kevin began his career as a litigator representing major national and international manufacturing concerns in defense of products liability actions and in insurance defense matters. In 1997 Kevin was recruited to a national law firm consulting with and representing school boards in Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and other civil rights cases throughout the United States. In 2001 Kevin was appointed Assistant General Counsel to the Atlanta Public School System in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kevin has special experience representing school districts in several areas of legal practice which are unique to educational institutions.
