Jeff is a co-founder of GFPAC and has practiced law in Naples since 1985. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney in two disciplines: Civil Trial Law (1996/2001/2006) and Business Litigation Law (1997/2002). Jeff has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell rating, is a Florida Super Lawyer for 2007, and appears in the Commercial Litigation Section of the book, The Best Lawyers of America, 2007 edition.
Jeff aggressively and effectively represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration. He heads our firm’s litigation group. Through the years, Jeff has successfully handled a very wide range of civil litigation matters in the commercial, probate and trust-related, and personal injury fields. Whether preparing for trial, appeal, or alternative dispute resolution, Jeff never loses sight of the client’s ultimate goal, and the effect of litigation costs on achieving that goal.
Jeff is active in the Bar, and has been a featured speaker for The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s “Business Litigation” CLE series. He is an editor for the Florida Bar practice manual, Real Property Litigation, as well as a contributing author thereto. He also is, and has been, a leader in many important civic and community organizations. |
