Keith is a shareholder in GFPAC and is in the firm’s Litigation and Probate Litigation Practice Groups.  Keith has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell rating.

Keith has handled all types of civil litigation, including probate, commercial, construction, products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice.  He has experience representing financial institutions, contractors, professionals, and corporations in a variety of litigation matters before federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level. 

Prior to attending law school, Keith served in the United States Air Force as an intelligence officer.  During law school and for several years afterwards, he served in the United States Air Force Reserve.  Keith is active in several important civic and community organizations.  Keith is also active in the local and state bar associations. 

Keith enjoys spending free time with his wife, Kit, his daughter, Spencer, and his son, Shea.  He also enjoys reading, fishing and college football.
