Jeffrey Fridkin is a founding member of the firm, and has practiced law in Southwest Florida since 1985. Jeff leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group and has extensive trial experience and represents clients in substantial disputed matters involving commercial, wills/trusts and personal injury fields of law.

Richard Grant is a founding member of the firm and has practiced law in Southwest Florida since 1979. He has been board-certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar since 1987, and has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He leads the firm’s Transactional Real Estate and Business Services practice group and focuses his practice in real estate development and financing, real estate and business acquisitions and mergers, corporate and partnership law, construction law, condominium law, and real property titles and land use.

William Pearson is a founding member of the firm and has practiced law in South Florida since 1988. He has been board-certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates by the Florida Bar since 1995, and has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Bill leads the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group and focuses his practice in estate planning and administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters involving estates, trusts and guardianships, advises clients in the avoidance and minimization of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and advises clients in charitable planning.

Keith Wickenden is a shareholder of the firm and has practiced law since 1991. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Keith focuses his practice in civil litigation, including probate, commercial, construction, products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice and represents financial institutions, contractors, professionals, and corporations in a variety of litigation matters before federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level.
