Rachael joined the firm in 2003. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. While at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Rachael served as Research Executive for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and was also selected to join the Florida Journal of International Law. Rachael received Honors in Appellate Advocacy and was subsequently chosen to assist in teaching Appellate Advocacy, as well as Legal Research and Writing. Rachael was chosen to represent the law school as an Ambassador and to serve as a member of the Student Recruitment Team. Rachael clerked for Judge William Wagner of the Northern District Federal Court. She also interned with a patent prosecution firm in Gainesville, as well as with SHANDS Hospital’s General Counsel’s Office. |
