Dick is the president of the law firm. He has practiced law in Florida since 1973 and has resided in Naples since 1979. He has been board certified by the Florida Bar in real estate since 1987, has an av rating from Martindale Hubbell, and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America. He has wide ranging experience in all areas of the real estate practice and in business organizational matters including acquisitions of all types of property, construction, permanent and mezzanine financing and loan workouts, real estate development project structuring including condominium and planned communities with residential, commercial and mixed uses, real property title examination, construction contracting, business acquisitions, financing, and dispositions, business organizations, planning, governance and corporate counseling.  He has served as an expert witness in real property litigation matters. He serves as regular corporate counsel to several prominent and substantial business organizations. Prior to attending law school he served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army where he attained the rank of Captain and was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman’s Badge.
