Bill is a Shareholder of GFPAC and has practiced law in South Florida since 1988.  He has attained board certification in Wills, Trusts & Estates law by The Florida Bar and has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell rating.  Bill has also been selected by his peers to be included in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Monthly’s 2006 edition of Florida’s Best Lawyers.

Bill devotes his practice to the representation of individuals in their estate planning, the representation of fiduciaries in the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, and the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters involving estates, trusts and guardianships.  He has significant experience in assisting clients to plan for the minimization and avoidance of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as in charitable planning.  Bill also serves clients out of the firm’s Key West office.

Bill resides in Pine Ridge with his wife and three sons (ages 17, 15 and 11).
