Attorney M. Travis Hayes Elected as a Fellow of ACTEC

May 31, 2017 (Naples, FL) – M. Travis Hayes, a Shareholder of Grant Fridkin Pearson, P.A., has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”). ACTEC is a national association of trust and estate attorneys who are peer-elected to membership based on substantial contributions to the field of trust and estate law and “by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trust and estate counselors.” Attorneys must have at least 10 years’ experience in order to qualify for membership.
Travis Hayes has an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named by Florida Trend magazine in its Legal Elite edition as a top “Up & Comer” and by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Florida, and has been selected as one of the Top 40 under 40 Trusts and Estates attorneys in the State of Florida for 2015 and 2016 by the American Society of Legal Advocates.
