Travis Hayes, a shareholder of Grant Fridkin Pearson, P.A. in Naples, recently presented on the new Florida Community Property Trust Act at the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (“RPPTL”) Section of The Florida Bar’s Annual Legislative & Case Law Update. Mr. Hayes, who is the current Chair of the RPPTL Section’s Probate Law and Procedure Committee and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”), has also given recent presentations on the new legislation to the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, Greater Miami Estate Planning Council, Collier County Bar Association, and Manatee County Bar Association.
